Windjammer Landing: The Lowdown
If you’re looking for a stunning resort in St. Lucia, look no further than Windjammer Landing. The resort is nestled into 60 acres of lush hillside on St Lucia’s north-western coast, surrounded by a lot natural beauty and, obviously, amazing weather. Your accommodation itself is both beautiful and plentiful in the offering; situated on a sizable crescent-shaped stretch of beach, with six pools, a variety of bars and restaurants, a spa, fitness centre, aquatic sports programmes and well-equipped kids club.
The resort is big, and yet still feels intimate using its warm service, staff and the variety available. It boasts 216 guest rooms and villas, which suit different kinds of travellers. The room vary from contemporary waterfront villas to beachfront suites steps right through the sea and charming hillside rooms, with beautiful views across Labrolette Bay and also the Caribbean Sea. The accommodation is very family-friendly, as it also has two and four-bedroom villas with self-catering offerings, regularly and also the larger villas actually have a dedicated chef on request. It’s truly a place where dreams come true.
Windjammer Landing: The Food
The food. Oh boy, the meals. Should you opt for the full all-inclusive package, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the food offering; it’s definitely one from the highlights at the hotel. The Premium All-Inclusive offering is very generous when compared with others I’ve experienced in the past, having a very high-end offering and most alcohol contained in the package too.
Jammer’s is the beachside offering, with a fun, slow paced life – ideal for an informal dinner. Recption menus features plenty of delicious Caribbean dishes, like catch during the day, fish tacos, grilled shrimp and great salads. For dinner, the Steak Frites is always a well known choice. We also loved the rum cocktails on offer; I’ve never seen this kind of extensive cocktail menu in my life, and also the bartenders are more than pleased to whip you up something on request also.
What I loved about the resort may be the lively atmosphere – every night in Jammer’s, there’s a different live entertainment, from musicals acts to flame-eaters, limbo and silent discos. The live steel band was my own favourite and also got everyone up dancing in the outdoor gazebo.
For Italian food, they’ve got a fun family-friend Italian restaurant which does homemade pizzas and pasta, and great ice cream sundaes. As well as for a more formal affair, there fine-dining Upper Deck restaurant just by the beach is a renowned affair in St. Lucia. Open just for dinner, the restaurant offers steaks and seafood grill with beautiful ocean views. Come for the Certified Angus Beef and freshly caught seafood, and customize your meal just like you like it having a selection of methods, sauces and sides.
Windjammer Landing: The Spa
One of the popular features of your accommodation is their spa, which is a haven of tranquility and the perfect spot to disconnect. The expert team has curated a bespoke list of treatments available, from the Traveler’s Reprieve massage which is the perfect thing post-light, a grounding and restorative massage with warm towel compresses, to natural Cacao Scrub with antioxidant-rich cacao, sourced from local plantations of Soufriere on the southwest corner from the island. The facials are also worth experiencing; their Signature Facial begings with a scrub, accompanied by a lavish facial with a deep cleanse, chitosan masque and co-enzyme Q10 treatment, finished with a restorative 16-point acupressure facial massage.
Windjammer Landing: The Activities
There’s so much to do at the resort, but you’ll be forgiven if you would like to flop on the beach too. Your accommodation can offer excursions and activities in the region, from sunset cruises and dolphin-watching to tennis, water-sports and chocolate-making. St. Lucia is really a blessed land, so you may wish to head out and find out the island's geographic and cultural riches. There’s something for everyone, whether you're relaxing around the beach, diving in the Caribbean Sea, or waterfall-spotting within the rainforest from the Piton Mountains.

Windjammer Landing is heaven on earth. It’s one of the most relaxing, informal and welcoming resorts I’ve ever stayed in, and also the staff go above and beyond to create your whole experience seamless. It’s an ideal place to unwind and relax after the stress of the last two years, and through the food, activities and staff, brings a geniune taste from the Caribbean to the guests.
