The brand-new Harbor Club in the beautiful Rodney Bay, offers a unique Caribbean resort experience with 5* service and amenities. Rodney Bay is home to some of St. Lucia's most popular entertainment and shopping with a vibrant energy on the doorstep of the hotel. The different options are the day here shopping away Walk Retail center and, after dark, the region becomes a late-night haven for tourists and locals alike, with a lot of bars, nightlife and restaurants.
There’s a lot to complete in the hotel, together with a beautiful Luxury Sunset Cruise every Saturday evening, where you can sail with the clear blue waters from the Caribbean with unparalleled views from the majestic Pitons. Nearby, you can enjoy a day trip to Pigeon Island National Landmark – probably the most significant historical monuments in St. Lucia. Pigeon Island is home to stunning beaches, landmarks and scenic spots for photography. You may enjoy your own exclusive private beach getaway on Pigeon Island, merely a 15-minute taxi from the hotel.
The Harbor Club: The Food
The Harbour Club has a great all-inclusive offering and also the foodie options within the resort are really impressive. There’s five eateries to select from in the Harbor Club, each having a unique offering, from casual fire oven pizza to exquisite Asian-Caribbean Fusion cuisine. My personal favourite is there ocean-facing restaurant Market Street Sushi, which brings an idea of Japan to St. Lucia, with amazing spicy tuna, prawn tempura and jalapeno salmon sushi rolls. For dinner, you can enjoy a casual pizza meal at Dockside Pizza overlooking the marina or go for their gourmet dinner restaurant 14o North, which does the best fish dishes around the island and truly *stand out* pizza with hot sauce.
The Harbor Club: The Rooms
The hotel is boutique in size, with 115 rooms and suites, carefully made to provide the highest amounts of comfort and elegance – the beds are incredibly comfortable and provide luxury bathroom amenities. Our bedroom was facing the marina with access to the pool, which made the entire experience so relaxed and easy. Whether you want marina or mountain views, a private patio, a private balcony, or your own swim-up pool, the Harbor Club comes with an accommodation offering for everyone. As a side note, your accommodation also offers one of the best gyms I’ve experienced abroad and is worth discovering if you’re in the mood of exercising whilst travelling!
The Harbor Club: Our Verdict
The Harbor Club is the perfect base for experiencing Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island and also the rest of St Lucia. There’s also a great spa at the resort, which supplies some fantastic bespoke treatments. It’s an excellent hotel that takes care of all your needs and also the food is exceptional, as are the views and amenities in the hotel. A must-visit!
