The wines aged within the Adriatic Sea at 25 to 30 meters below sea level and stored there for more than 700 days. Truthfully, the winery does not have a recognised restaurant, but visitors can enjoy a wine tasting (served with light snacks like shrimps and oysters) in the Edivo Wine Bar.
